It also includes out of warranty workshop and onsite repairs and services on Tripp Lite products. Furthermore, it includes three phase UPS start-up and commissioning to hold and honour the manufacturer’s warranty.BT-SA electrical division manager Andre Viljoen sees huge growth potential within the electrical division. “As a product supplier, we can now provide warranty and service support to all Tripp Lite customers including our own.”Tripp Lite territory manager Southern Africa Gareth Carr says as a Value Added Reseller, BT-SA will integrate Tripp Lite products with other vendor products to provide companies with custom-solutions. “Our products will be implemented across the region that BT-SA has an influence in, thus providing us with exposure and business through their clients.”“BT-SA in turn will also develop a strong reputation with their clients as Tripp Lite’s products are highly reliable and well-regarded throughout the region,” he adds.“BT-SA’s aim is to create and maintain a sense of trust within its customer-base, especially with the superior products and solutions we provide.
