In order to achieve our goal of 110% customer satisfaction, all Project Managers and all Quality Managers are trained in the specifics of the field.
Operating independently from the team members, PMs will supply updated schedules of the work to be performed with regular subsequent updates throughout the project. PMs are also tasked with ensuring that materials arrive at site timeously. For the duration of the project they will be the only contact. PMs are all fully versed in English, but should alternative languages be preferred it could be arranged prior to project kickoff. Regular meetings ensure that projects are delivered on time every time.
Operating independently from the PMs, the QMs are responsible for the delivery of the project at the highest possible standard and satisfaction. QMs are fully qualified to test and sign off a specific installation. The QM is directly responsible for the actual signoff and related documentation per project.

All reports are professionally presented and delivered in both soft and hard copy. All documentation including schematic drawings are usually supplied in Microsoft or PDF but other formats can be supplied on request.
